Rules of the field
- All dogs and people that use Olivers Dog Walking Field do so at their own risk. We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury, illness, damage/loss of property or death sustained by any person(s) or dog(s) whilst using the facility.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site. Barbecues and fires are not allowed.
- The ground in the dog field may be slippery or uneven. Please wear suitable footwear for the conditions.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
- Please do not litter. Please take all rubbish away with you.
- You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your booking. Refunds will not be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
- We retain the right to enter the field at any time for inspection or to carry out maintenance during your booking.
- Dogs must remain on a lead at all times when outside the field and must be put on a lead before exiting the field.
- Dogs must not be exercised outside of the field.
- Your start time is the time you should arrive in the car park and your finish time is the time you should be leaving the car park.
- Persistently arriving early or leaving late will result in refusal of future bookings.
- Whilst the fence is regularly inspected, it is possible there could be damage to, or holes in the fence. Please report these immediately. We will not be held responsible or liable for dogs that escape the field.
- Please do not allow your dogs to dig anywhere in the field.
- All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations or have been titre tested.
- Any dog that has been ill or shown any symptoms of illness within the previous 48 hours must not be allowed to use the field. Please cancel and re book your session.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in the field. If you need to leave the field please take your dog with you.
- There is a dog poo bin on site. Please ensure you pick up all your dog’s poo well in advance of the end of your session.
- Users who repeatedly fail to pick up their dogs mess will be refused booking in the future.
